Throughout the weekend, the Faversham project by artist Luce Choules was on show at the Creek Creative Gallery. People were about to take their own free artwork home, which was a photographic map of Faversham Creek. A number of the projects the artist ran with the Seacadets were on show, including a display of their uniforms, and a giant photo-mapping project. The Cadets led visitors on tours of the 14th Century timber building which is the home of their head quarters alongside the Creek.

The people of Blue Town, Queenborough and Faversham experienced a weekend of creative fun and excitement from the 16th – 18th March 2012. It started with the launch part at Blue Town which over 50 people attended, including the whole of the TS Hazard Faversham Seacadet branch, visitors were lead around the newly refurbished Heritage Centre, to see the upstairs Artist studio and installation of an archive of blue things found in Blue Town and beyond.

The people were able to choose a free gift in the form of a small wooden blue house by the artist Lucy Steggals, whose intention was to replace the colour blue back into the local community.
